Namespace IRI: https://shimo4228.github.io/shimo4228/vocab# (conventional prefix shimo:).
This page makes the custom vocabulary terms used by the program's graph.jsonld knowledge graphs dereferenceable.
The vocabulary is intentionally small and stable: a term is added only when a line graph introduces a new node or edge type; routine releases do not change this page.
Authoritative usage of each term lives in the graph(s) that use it — start from the
hub graph, which links each research line's fine-grained graph via subjectOf.

Instance IRIs under vocab#concept/… name the structural concepts each research line defines. The hub graph carries a membership-level description of each (reproduced below); the defining line's own graph and repository remain the source of truth. Human-readable definition pages for the program's coined terms live in the concept index.
| IRI fragment | Hub-level description |
|---|---|
#concept/six-phase-loop | Bidirectional growth loop running Research, Extract, Curate, Promote, Measure, Maintain. Each phase binds to one composable skill. The cycle stays stable even as individual skills evolve. |
#concept/three-layer-structure | AKC's stacked architecture: principles (ADRs), patterns (design-pattern skills), implementation (composable skills). Separating layers decouples rate of change so principles stay stable while implementations evolve independently. |
#concept/scaffold-dissolution | Property that explicit AKC skills can be dropped once the cycle has been internalized. The skills are scaffolding, not the goal. Dissolution is the intended end state, not a fallback. |
#concept/four-contemplative-axioms | Mindfulness, emptiness, non-duality, boundless care. Behavioral preset adopted from Laukkonen et al. (2025) that shifts alignment from external instruction toward internal disposition. |
#concept/security-by-absence | Security posture in which risky capabilities (shell execution, arbitrary URL access, filesystem traversal) are not restricted by rules because the corresponding code was never written. The attack surface is absent rather than guarded, avoiding rule-bypass vulnerabilities. |
#concept/four-business-ai-quadrants | AAP's diagnostic frame for routing work to the architecture that preserves attribution: Script, Algorithmic Search, LLM Workflow, Autonomous Agentic Loop. |
#concept/prohibition-strength-hierarchy | AAP's ordering of prohibition mechanisms by structural strength: absence > scaffolding enforcement > untrusted boundary. The strongest prohibition is the one that requires no enforcement because the capability does not exist. |
#concept/three-axis-inversion | Authorship Strategy's structural claim that twentieth-century authorship and AI-era authorship invert on three co-varying axes: value source (scarcity to diffusion), validation mechanism (exclusivity to derivation), network effect (enclosure to openness). The axes are not independent; a strategy mixing axes is internally inconsistent. |
#concept/four-layer-framework | Authorship Strategy's operational judgment stack: Authenticity (the value protected), Attribution Diffusion (the strategy), Idea vs Scaffold (the prediction), Tactics (the concrete decisions). Each layer is downstream of the layer above. |
#concept/identifier-federation-triplet | Authorship Strategy's three ADRs forming a tactical discipline: Concept DOI as Canonical Reference (ADR-0001), DOI Federation via .zenodo.json (ADR-0002), Cross-Platform Dataset Federation (ADR-0003). Together they make a DOI-registered artifact's citation network recoverable from metadata alone. |
#concept/dual-entry-point | Authorship Strategy's structural decision (ADR-0006) that any framework-governed artifact deploys two complementary structured entry points — a prose-form navigator (e.g., an llms.txt convention file) and a concept-form linked-data graph (e.g., a JSON-LD knowledge graph) — released synchronously. Each entry point addresses a distinct LLM-mediated reader sub-population the other cannot reach. The pair is the operational embodiment of the enclosure-to-openness axis on the ingest surface. |
#concept/intrinsic-identifier-layer | Authorship Strategy's structural decision (ADR-0013) that a content-derived intrinsic identifier — a SWHID, computed from an artifact and its version history and verifiable from the content alone without any registry — complements the extrinsic concept DOI rather than replacing it. The two layers cover each other's failure mode: if the DOI registry disappears the intrinsic identifier still verifies, and if the content is lost the DOI record still cites. It extends the identifier-federation triplet, and for artifact genres where DOI registration is impractical it serves as the substitute priority-claim mechanism. Archival in a content-addressed software archive also opens a parametric-channel ingest surface for code-focused training corpora. |
#concept/three-abhidharma-traditions | Attention, Not Self's comparative frame across the three major Buddhist Abhidharma traditions: Theravāda, Sarvāstivāda, Yogācāra. Each tradition supplies a distinct cognitive-process model whose terms (citta-vīthi, samanantara-pratyaya, ālaya-vijñāna, etc.) are juxtaposed with computational phenomenology constructs. |
#concept/attention-not-self-thesis | Attention, Not Self's core thesis: the perspective that attention — its allocation, its precision-weighting, its momentariness — is the operative unit of cognition, while the apparent self is a derivative pattern (anātman). The thesis grounds the comparative move between Abhidharma's cognitive-process classification and contemporary computational phenomenology. |
Line graphs mint instance IRIs under line-scoped fragments — e.g. vocab#axiom/… and vocab#ca/… (Contemplative Agent), vocab#aap/… (Agent Attribution Practice), vocab#ref/… (shared external references). Those instances are defined in the corresponding line graph, not on this page.
